Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LastWarExchange ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts. You are responsible for ensuring that buying or selling game accounts is permitted in your jurisdiction.

3. Escrow Service

LastWarExchange provides an escrow service for the transfer of Last War: Survival accounts. Funds are held by the Platform until the buyer confirms successful ownership transfer. Payment settlement is processed through our payment gateway partner and released to sellers automatically once the buyer confirms full account access.

4. Fees

The Platform charges a 10% commission on completed transactions. A refundable $5 USDC verification hold is required from sellers to initiate the secure transfer process.

5. No Affiliation

LastWarExchange is not affiliated with First Fun, the developer of Last War: Survival. Account trading may violate the game's Terms of Service. You acknowledge this risk.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You may not, in any listing, message, offer, or transaction on the Platform:

List accounts you do not own, cannot legally transfer, or that do not match the description (server, power, VIP, heroes, skins, and any other advertised detail).
Attempt to defraud, mislead, or otherwise harm other users.
Include external contact information anywhere in a listing — Discord, Telegram, WhatsApp, Instagram, X / Twitter, phone numbers, personal email addresses, or any other messaging or social channel.
Direct buyers to complete the transaction off-platform — including but not limited to sending funds to a personal wallet, PayPal, bank transfer, gift cards, or any method that bypasses our escrow.
Ask buyers to send funds directly to your wallet without going through escrow.
Impersonate other users, the Platform, or third parties.
Use the Platform for any illegal purpose.

The rules above exist because off-platform trading is where the overwhelming majority of Last War account scams happen. Keeping every negotiation and payment inside LastWarExchange's escrow flow is the single most important thing that protects both buyers and sellers.

7. Enforcement

We reserve the right to remove, hide, or flag listings, suspend accounts, and permanently ban users who violate these Terms or the rules in Section 6. When a listing is flagged for a policy violation, its public URL will display a warning page rather than the listing content — this helps educate anyone who followed a shared link about the risks of off-platform trading.

Any transaction completed outside LastWarExchange falls entirely outside our escrow. The Platform's protections — funds custody, account verification, refunds and dispute resolution — apply only to transactions where both the payment and the account handoff happen through LastWarExchange. If you accept an off-platform payment, transfer an account off-platform, or send funds to a wallet address shared privately outside our system, we cannot recover your funds or your account and are not liable for any resulting loss.

8. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LastWarExchange is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
