When a buyer initiates a secure purchase, they send funds to our platform's escrow. We hold those funds until the seller successfully transfers the account ownership and the buyer confirms full access. Only then do we release the funds (minus the 10% platform fee) to the seller.
It's a refundable deposit the seller pays only to start the secure transfer process — not to publish a listing. If the account matches the listing description, the $5 is fully refunded with the seller's payout. If the account is fraudulent or doesn't match, the hold is forfeited.
Buyers have a strict confirmation window after gaining access. If they don't confirm but have already changed credentials, our team verifies access logs and releases funds. Disputes are handled case-by-case by our team.
